Job Description : WLW Capital is looking to hire a loan servicer to work at our offices in the Channel District in downtown Tampa. WLW Capital is a private lender providing commercial real estate mortgages / loans in the Florida market. The loan servicer positions duties include managing the accounts receivable (monthly interest payments) via our operating software system, uploading new mortgages into the company system, generating reports and updates to tue mortgage portfolio, and overseeing the communication platforms (phones / company email) for borrowers and new potential borrowers contacting the company. WLW Capital is the premier private banking operator in the Tampa Bay area, and have provided our clients the best service within the private banking & mortgage industry since being founded in 2015.
