Job Responsibilities
Greeting customers and explain about our ongoing projects details
Providing Price Details and financial Parts
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Follow up customer till finalizing Plot/flat/villas
Maintaining customer data base and log sheets
Collecting cheque and documents from clients
Providing project details to customers by mailing and what’s app .
Distributing tabloids, brochure ,Flyers etc
Collecting Price and new updates about project from client.
Participating Events and getting references Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated
Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, maintenance, vaastu, financing /home loans, customization, VAT, Service Tax, etc, and appraisals.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as Real Estate marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude
Convincing skills
Driving License and Two wheeler Mandatory
Fast learner and Passion for sales
