Job Description : We are a well-established medical office looking for a new manager to join our team. Our company is looking for individuals who are independent and self-motivated. As a company we are focused on providing our patients with quality healthcare. We believe that each employee is an integral part of our team. We are currently seeking a Medical Billing ManagerThe main functions of the billing manager are end of Month reporting.Keep and maintain accurate fee schedules and ensure contracts are up to date.Maintain Accounts Receivable within ideal percentage rates.Assist with implementation of new billing codes and/or changes.Perform in-house audits for all physicians as well as working with outside consultants to ensure we are billing to the highest level of complexity possible.Build protocols for Billing Department to ensure accuracy .Coordinate & facilitate compliance guidelines.Responsible for entire pipeline of charge capture to accurate coding and reimbursement for services billed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $63,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Medical billing management: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
