Job Description : Busy Pediatric office looking for someone with great customer service and communication skills. Will rotate between multiple offices.Greet patients and other visitors when they arrive.Answer patient questions and provide assistance when necessary.Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and check them over to ensure the required fields are completed.Collect co-pays and balances.Schedule appointments.Good listening and communication skills.Ability to multi-task.We require all staff to be fully vaccinated.
