JOB SUMMARY:
The person will handle the MIS & reporting across all sales channels by analyzing day to day sales performance & summarize reports by using the right metrics Interpret & aid the decision-making process. He/she will provide the necessary support to the field sales team to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Maintaining all Primary & Secondary Sales Data & support the sales team with data tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas
Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes – excel automation, etc.
Create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with respective business Sales teams
Create fortnightly, monthly, and Quarterly content for executive dashboard reporting
Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business
Managing and maintaining sales data in excel and later in CRM
Create presentations when required using the reports
COMPETENCIES:
Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Co-ordination / MIS & Data Analysis
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and
ensure local execution and business impact.
Advanced Excel skills & other MS Office applications
Proficiency in creating reports and managing dashboards
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Experience in working with FMCG / Consumer Durable / any Sales driven organization
