Position : Moving Coordinator
Job Description : LHH is partnering with a relocation company to fill a direct hire Moving Coordinator position in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must demonstrate a high level of customer service and a keen attention to detail. The best candidate will have previous experience in the moving/relocation industry. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will earn between $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm in Aurora, CO
Responsibilities
Serving as the main point of contact for a client’s move
Communicating effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service
Overseeing all corporate moves from point of shipment to delivery
Verifying quoted services as in accordance with account policies
Providing move estimates
Solving crucial needs and resolving issues as they arise
Working closely with various department (billing, claims, operations) to coordinator the account
Assisting with providing paperwork and billings in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
At least one year of recent experience in a similar customer service role required
Previous experience in a moving/relocation company, strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle heavy work and juggle multiple task
