Job Description : The Office Assistant will need to provide exceptional customer service, both in person and on the phone. Will be performing basic clerical tasks, operating office equipment, and perform data entry.

Full-time Monday thru Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and customers with friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Assist customers with needs and answer questions providing them with great customer service.
Perform data entry and typing of documents.
Gather and report materials for other staff members.
Filing and organizing, as needed.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, fax machines, voice mail systems, and computer.
Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages as needed.
