The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well spoken, organized, and eager to build and maintain kind and courteous phone and email communications. Previous club experience is a plus!Major Tasks / Primary ResponsibilitiesHospitalityWelcomes and assists arriving members and guestsAssists members and guests in a concierge roleAssists and directs staff, to insure service standards are maintained: this includes the door person, lounge servers and coat check.CommunicationsCarefully and thoroughly communicates with the team and club membersAware of all Club Activities, Daily and Upcoming EventsPromptly answers all incoming calls and emails using proper etiquettesReservationsAccepts, Records and Confirms Club ReservationsMaintains waitlists and guest lists for all eventsTechnologyProperly uses Club technology according to established procedures.Embraces, learns and implements new technology.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $30.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
