We’re looking to appoint an Operations Specialist to our new team in New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
Administer the operations systems (Zendesk, SEON, HooYu, etc.) by ensuring their constant upkeep, and improvement based on operational needs and manage the implementation of new systems.
Maintain expert-level understanding of all system enhancements and releases.
Troubleshoot and resolve any software performance issues and act as technical support by interfacing with Provider Helpdesks to resolve issues.
Manage a queue of operational requests, prioritizing against evolving and fast-paced business needs.
Conduct ad hoc reporting to have visibility over performance of systems and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the rest of Operations regarding technical upkeep of the Group’s Help Centers.
Assist the Operations Team Leader in designing, planning, organizing, and directing orientation and training programs for new and existing employees.
Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure materials, guides, or course materials.
Perform quality assurance and control checks of the work of the operational teams and provide feedback about the operational teams’ performance to the Operations Team Leader or to the team members directly, when needed.
Implement, develop and maintain routines, processes and procedures and upkeep the operational knowledge base.
Requirements:

Willingness to learn, possess a positive and outgoing can-do attitude, and be a part of a dynamic fast-growing company;
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;
Must adapt well to change and successfully adjust priorities as needed;
At least one year experience within Operations in the online gambling industry is necessary.
Ability to work closely with other departments internally across different geographical locations.

LeoVegas has a hybrid working environment with 2 days working from home per week and 3 days working from the office as we want to give our employees flexibility to structure their work week while at the same time being able to provide information, team practices and social activities.
