Job Description : Pacific Power Group is looking for a Parts and Service Sales Representative for our Anchorage, AK branch.We are looking for someone who can build customer relationships by regularly visiting customer locations to promote Allison, Engines, and Power Generation Parts and Service for the purpose increasing our market share by identifying customer’s needs and delivering a superior solution.Primary (Essential) Duties: Provides value to our customers and cultivates positive resourceful relationships by selling Parts and Service solutions that meet their specific needs. Supports and markets all promotions and product lines carried by the organization.Looks for opportunities to grow Service and Parts sales through increased business with existing customers and prospecting new opportunities.Immediately answers phone, emails and assist customers with a focus on a 10/10 customer experience.Work with Branch Operations Manager to develop daily, weekly, monthly sales strategies and target customers/market segments.Communicates customer concerns and potential Sales opportunities to the appropriate department manager or Sales team.Maintain industry knowledge of competitor’s product offerings and price structures.May deliver parts to the customer during regular customer visits.Accepts 100% responsibility to maintain a safe work environment in the shop, leading by example and supporting and enforcing all safety PPG policies.Consistently and proactively able to put into action the direction of the Service Manager.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience of one or more of the following: Transmissions, Engines or Generators is preferred.Comfortable working in a sales/consultant position with a proven sales growth track record.Must be a self‐starter that independently maintains a high level of motivation with minimal supervision.Computer proficient, including MS Office, online parts books, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build and maintain rapport with key accounts.Strong organizational skills.Well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations, comfortable making cold calls.Experience/Education Requirements: 5+ years of successful relevant work experience.High school diploma or GED equivalent.Must have a Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Other Requirements: Position requires daily travel outside office and includes a company provided vehicle for use during business hours.Travel required – up to 75%Industrial/Heavy equipment field required.Yaculta Companies shall abide by the requirements of 40 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).Yaculta Companies will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
