Job Description : Well established Alaskan small business is seeking a front counter RV part sales/office assistant.We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn about RV parts; what each part is and what it is used for. This person will assist customers in choosing the right product so strong communication and customer service skills are important. Other tasks include typing invoices, researching parts, and answering phones.Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills for our fast-paced environment, able to think on your feet and change directions as needed to accomplish a variety of tasks. Must be flexible and eager to help where needed. Honesty, integrity, and character is required.Must have experience in MS Excel and MS Word. Knowledge of QuickBooks Point of Sale is a plus but not required.Must be able to work 8am – 6:30pm Tuesday – SaturdayA current Alaska driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug testing are required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:10 hour shiftDay shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
