Job Description : My client, a public company with offices in Doral, is looking for a payroll specialist for an immediate need. The position works closely with HR, processing payroll, maintaining data as required by law, and ensuring compliance. The right candidate will keep open lines of communication and will follow processes in accordance with departmental and company guidelines and standards. This vital position is the point of contact for all things payroll and supports Human Resources and department managers, throughout the company, with payroll related issues as needed. Ultimately the position needs to ensure that all payroll functions are completed in accordance with Department of Labor and the IRS guidelines.*** This is an immediate need ***Required for this role: High School Diploma3 to 5 years of relevant payroll experienceExperience in a large environmentStrong communication skillsMust be fully vaccinatedMicrosoft Office – Word, Excel and OutlookJob Type: TemporaryPay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeAbility to commute/relocate:Doral, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Payroll: 4 years (Required)Work Location: One location
