Job Description : We are looking for two experienced plant managers (one for our Draper location and one for our Sandy location).Plant Manager willOversee plant growthManage planting crewHandle greenhouse oversight such as- heating temps, cooling, and watering issuesManage the nursery crew- oversee attendance, help with scheduling, impose corrective action, if needed.Person applying for this role:Must have at least 5 years experience managing a nursery; references will be checked.Must have a positive attitude and be able to work with a team.Must be able to adjust to a changing schedule from planting season to the time that we are open for customers.Example right now we are working 10am-6pm and some days get out a little early or come in earlier but beginning of April we are open 9am-7pm.Must be able to drive to our Draper location for planting if needed.Must be excellent with customers and be a people person.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Sandy, UT 84070: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):What plant nursery have you managed?Are you able to work Saturdays and Sundays?Work Location: One location
