We are seeking Production Operators for our Leesport Location!
Materion manufactures and sells advanced engineered materials for consumer electronics, industrial components, defense, medical, automotive electronics, telecommunications infrastructure, energy, and commercial aerospace applications.
Starting rate: $26.27/hr
Schedule rotates between week 1 and 2.
Week 1: 36 Hour Work Week. 7am – 7pm
Week 2: 48 Hour Work Week. (any hours over 40 are paid at the OT rate of $39.41) 7am – 7pm
As a Production Operator you will have the opportunity to assist in:
Completing machine set-up
Maintaining quality standards
Meeting daily production targets
Conducting routine maintenance checks; monitoring fluids, grease fittings and troubleshooting equipment
