Job Description : A- Line ContractorsMissionA-Line is a Commercial General Contractor with locations in Colorado and Oklahoma. Our team is growing and we are looking for an organized, analytical Project Coordinator, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle production and sales support functions. This role reports directly to the General Manager and will office out of our Denver Office.OutcomesIdentify best practices and areas for improved efficiency by monitoring projects from conception to completion.Develop as needed, processes and procedures, client filings and records; manage and update all subcontractor and job-related documentsBuild strong relationships with customers and clients, team members, and vendors through direct and professional communicationTrack, audit and report on lead and production metrics to ensure accuracy on all projectsManage all aspects of billing for jobs including vendor PO’s and payments, change orders, owner invoicing and delinquent accountsContribute to sales and marketing efforts by helping to identify new market segments and create marketing materials as neededCompetenciesCustomer Service – exceeding customer expectations, delivering proactive support and going the extra mile to build customer connections.Efficiency – able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.Organization and Time Management – plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient, productive manner.
