Job Description : We have a small, fun, fast paced family culture and we are looking for our next team member to join us as a Property Manager in Winter Park, Colorado.Winter Park House is all about helping our guests build special memories here in Grand County and we want someone who is hard working and wants to be part of a fun team!This position will help run operations, including the following:Scheduling maintenance and upkeep of properties.Helping guests onsite with questions or working through any items that need attention during their trip.Engaging with guests throughout their trip to make sure everything is going well.Pre-checkin inspections – Helping make sure homes are amazing and ready for guests.Building and maintaining guides for guests about the homes and all there is to do in Grand County.As well as a number of day to day tasks to make sure everything is running great and guests are happy!Beyond the base pay, there is also a bonus pay available.Please only apply if you are currently located in Grand County or plan to relocate within 30 days.Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $50,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftOn callWeekend availabilityApplication Question(s):Please tell us why you feel you are best for this position.Work Location: Multiple Locations
