Job Description : Come grow with a company voted a “Best Place to Work!”Griffis/Blessing Inc., is looking for a Property Manager to manage Panorama at Arvada Ridge Apartments, a 264 unit community located in Arvada, Colorado.The perfect candidate would:Have at least 1-2 years experience in Property Management and a strong aptitude in overseeing and directing operations of the community to meet the reporting, operations, budget and contractual obligations of the management agreement.Bring their A+ game. We need a team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.Have superior judgment, precise and gracious communication skills, both written and verbal.Have the ability to switch gears seamlessly and be able to work start to finish with the owner’s goal in mind.Have outstanding customer service skills.Have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.If this describes you, then we have a great opportunity for you.
