Position : QA Tester
Job Description : Duties Include:· Testing of deployed product fixes to ensure issue have been resolved· Establish and utilize software tools to assist as needed for testing purposes· Create and maintain manual and automated test scripts· Develop test scripts and macros as dictated by automation software· Record, document and track within the support desk application problem-solving process, including seeing each issue through to final resolution· Support team members, other departments and management with varying tasks as well as special assignments and projects as required· Develop a thorough understanding of our products and be able to communicate changes, fixes and/or new enhancements deployed within the products to teammates· Perform unit and system level testing on applications with strong attention to detailQualifications:· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Experience with manually testing browser-based software applications· Highly detail oriented individual· Knowledge of Credit Union / Banking industry is a plus· Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills· Highly proficient with computers, software and a fast learner· Experience and proficient use of MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)· Good work ethics (Dependable and responsible, Positive Attitude, Adaptability, Honesty and Integrity, Self-Motivated, Strong Self Confidence, Professionalism, and Loyalty)Position Requirements:· Bachelor degree preferred· 3+ years of Software QA Testing experience· Must employ a good-natured team player attitude with a patient and helpful demeanor· Self-motivated with the ability to adapt and respond positively to ever-changing priorities· Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements.HideJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
