Job Description : The Quality Control Specialist performs quality system audits/inspections and verifications of contractual requirements.Responsibilities: Prepare QC reports and contract deliverables on a routine basisCreate and follow up on Corrective Actions generated from deficiencies discoveredPerform QC surveillance on preventative maintenance, repair and construction projectsInput inspection results to the Quality Control Inspection DatabaseTrack and trend observation resultsCollaboratively work with department leaders to identify corrective measures for any deficienciesConduct follow-ups to deficiencies recorded to ensure corrective action has been implementedPrepare inspection reports for submission to the Project ManagerDevelop inspection requirement summaries and inspection guides based on the contract PWS and internal standardsReview standard operating procedures, work instructions and workflow for assigned areasPrepare routine and ad hoc reportsInterface and communicate with trades workers, professional staff, supervisors, managers and government counterparts in a professional mannerProvide quality control training for site staff, if neededRequirements: > Five (5) years experience in Quality Control or EHSAt least an Associate degree. Experience in lieu of degree consideredQuality and/or Safety training/certifications such as ASQ Quality Technician or OSHA 30-hour trainingExperience and understanding of maintenance workflow software such as Maximo, Corrigo, or GFEBSCompetency with Microsoft platformsUnderstand, read, write, and speak fluent EnglishMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s licenseAble to receive and maintain a favorable Local Background Check (LBC) and National Agency Check (NAC) as applicable to the position requirements, current and futureUS citizenshipJob Type: Full-timePay: $77,769.00 – $121,406.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Quality Control or EHS: 5 years (Required)Maximo, Corrigo, or GFEBS: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:ASQ Quality Technician or OSHA 30-hour training (Required)Work Location: One location
