Job Description : Job Description:Answer all incoming calls and help with logistical questions from accounts such as pick ups, deliveries and scheduling.Log new cases into system, schedule and track cases to completion.Invoicing and sending of completed cases for delivery.Accepting and making payments (accounts payable & receivable).Misc. other duties as needed.Candidates should be organized, good at multi-tasking and have good communication skills. Experience in a dental environmet preferred but not required.IMPORTANT: Design Dental, LLC (formally Ford’s Dental Lab) is currently located just south of Athens Ohio. The business is relocating to Lancaster Ohio in the next 12 months. The position requires being on-site in Athens until the business relocates.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
