Here’s is what an ordinary day looks like:

You’ll work a set schedule between 5 am – 6 pm, may include holidays
Answer and resolve high-volume telephone calls and/or emails with extremely close attention to customer service
Assist in answering general questions about products; promotions, returns, refunds, cancellations, account modifications, shipping/tracking information and other issues as needed
Every day we celebrate our success, and learn from our challenges together as we collaborate with our coworkers and supervisors to create satisfying solutions for customer issues
Process orders

Who we are looking for:

Must reside in Washington State
1+ year Call center experience; managing large amounts of inbound calls strongly preferred.
Ability to problem solve, think quickly and multi-task
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
At ease on the phone with both outbound and incoming calls
Outstanding customer service orientation, sense of urgency, and a high level of personal integrity
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and cultivate relationships with your team, internal business partners, and our customers
Strong team orientation, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities concurrently
Technical savviness and the ability to learn systems quickly

We will provide you with a company laptop, headset, mouse, and keyboard. You will need to provide a reliable internet connection that is NOT wireless.
