Position : Resident Manager (RR)
Job Description : Full time Resident Manager (RM) needed for a 292 unit complex, consisting of 28 two-story buildings and a recreation center. All units are individually owned.It is preferred that any candidate for this position have residential property management experience. The RM will be responsible for oversight of our maintenance and landscaping divisions as well as daily office operations. Duties also include oversight of third-party vendors and service providers, coordinating work with employees and enforcing house rules. Organizational skills will be needed to accomplish all aspects of this Association. Candidates must be able to walk the property (parking lot and common areas) to inspect buildings and anything else that needs attention.Candidates must be self-motivated and a team player. Punctuality, dependability and the ability to work unsupervised is required. Candidates should have great communication skills, the ability to pay attention to details and have great problem solving skills. Interaction with owners, tenants, the Board of Directors and managing agents must be done with professionalism and courtesy.General computer skills (Word/Excel/Adobe)TypingMaintain files and recordsTransportation (own vehicle or access to)Current Driver’s LicenseWorking knowledge of AOUO settings is a plus.The RM must reside on property in an unfurnished 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit provided by the Association. The RM must be available 24/7 for any emergencies that may arise in the complex or Board- approved special projects. (Emergency phone will be rotated with employees on evenings and weekends.) The RM salary is up to $70,000 depending on experience of the final candidate.Final candidates will be subject to drug testing and a background check.Training and orientation will commence once the RM position is filled.Please send us your contact information, cover letter, resume and references.
