Plus, the seams leave you open to risk of future leaks.Fortunately, there is a better way: Our seamless roof coating is applied directly to the existing roof, meaning you can avoid expensive roof removal and replacement – and you’ll save a ton of debris from going to the landfill. Our ¼”, expandable liquid membrane expands and contracts in Alaska’s extreme conditions, effectively sealing out water and protecting you from roof leaks. Plus, our process will not disrupt your operations, so you can continue business as usual.Roof restoration is also significantly less expensive than re-roofing. Plus, maintenance is as simple as reapplying the seamless coating – meaning you will never have to re-roof again. Choosing roof restoration will save you time and money now and in the future.Engagement & Bid Meeting: Engage with the customer by assessing their needs and share with them how we can help with their roof.Keep a calendar of bid meetings and track bid opportunities / results using sales management program. Meet with the customer on-site to determine: Is the roof restorable? What type of roof / membrane? Assess detailings, penetrations, curbs, seams, edgings, field, existing membrane, life expectancy. Provide a detailed, written report of the condition of the existing roof and how our system can help restore their roof, or if we can restore the prospective customer’s roof.Arrange a thermal scan and assessment for roofs with above-deck insulation system. Estimate the footage and the cost of restoration.Create a cost assessment using Excel. Assess material, labor, equipment, dumpster, incidental costs and OH/P.Provide the customer with a written report and bid for restoration. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Ability to create/convert to pdf and edit pdf.Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents and details, including project manuals and specifications.Ability to create a roof specification for a project.Salesmanship & follow ups on project leads, track sales successes and failures.Field Operations Management: Communicate with the client/owner on logistics for planning purposes: Staging area, dumpster placement, scheduling, expectations, etc.Meet with the field lead (Foreman) to go over safety, process, equipment needed and cost assessment so the foreman understands the productivity and material budget requirements.Create a site specific safety program and JHA for a specific project. Identify risks and create and maintain a safe working environment. Must have an understanding and a willingness to learn OSHA safety requirements.Help provide and set up all safety equipment, perimeters. Must understand how to use and apply safety standards and how to use safety tools and equipment: Fall arrest systems, fall carts, perimeters, spill response, aerial lift safety, PPE, etc.Must be able to use and train use of aerial lifts.Organize materials and tools for the project to avoid wasted time on expediting and material overage/shortage.Organize work-flows so foreman and workers can efficiently meet our project budgets and productivity goals. Set us up for success!Provide quality control of the restoration process throughout the project and at the end prior to owner walk through and job closeout.Walk the project at completion with the project owner/client.OTHER: Must be mechanically inclined to understand our pumps and spray rigs for both polyurea and silicone. Must understand proper mixing of materials and material usage.Must be able to read and understand a product data and sds sheet(s).Must be empathetic towards employees while maintaining a balance between personal and boss relationships with employees/workers.High emotional IQ is a must for success!Past experience in construction. Experience in roofing and/or coatings a plus. Cannot be afraid of heights and/or ladders / aerial lifts.Must be motivated and able to work without supervision while striving for achievement and growth.
