Although two to three years auto and RV detailing experience is requested, we will train a qualified candidate.We are a growing RV service company based in Winter Haven that offers full service mobile and shop repairs, along with detailing both at the shop and mobile.The Role: We are looking for a RV Detailer to join our incredible team based in Winter Haven. Appointments will be at our shop and mobile.We offer a insurance, 401k, paid vacation and sick time.RV Detailer/Cleaner Responsibilities: Cleaning the interior and exterior of recreational vehicles. The interior duties will be performed at the shop when required. All exterior duties will be both at the shop and mobile.Washing windows and carpetsDusting furniture and trimCleaning and sanitizing all kitchen surfaces, counters, and appliancesCleaning and sanitizing all bathroom surfacesWash and wax the exterior including, tire shine, roof cleaning, awnings, etc.RV Detailer/Cleaner Qualifications: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a physically strenuous job that requires you to be on your feet all day. You will be climbing up and down stairs and ladders, be exposed to the outside weather conditions, and be required to lift up to approximately 30lbs.Self-directed initiative, ability to apply oneself with limited supervisionAbility to work also in a team environmentAttention to detailMost work is performed outdoors and inside RVs and the employee is exposed to various weather conditions.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission paySigning bonusLicense/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
