Your Tasks
Ticket handling for requests dealing with server hardware.
Coordination of our field service engineers across US.
Handling the orders of hardware spare parts.
Being the first point of contact for our engineers.
Our Requirements
Excellent English skills in oral and written.
Ideally first experience in dispatching.
Willingness to work in shifts also covering night times and weekends.
