We are looking for a Social Media Manager to help us amplify our brand, products & research through our social media channels in a consistent and cohesive way.As a Social Media Manager in the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for executing the social media strategy through our social media and online platforms, including Twitter & LinkedIn and other platforms. The goal is to elevate our social presence and bring awareness to Sonar, our solutions and products and overall brand. The role requires collaboration with the Community Management Team, R&D team, within the Marketing Team.On a daily basis, you willCreate, schedule and publish a regular social media editorial calendar, coordinating campaigns and promotions with product owners, designers, and members from the Marketing, Community Management, and R&D Teams.Monitor and triage social media comments and feedback for appropriate and timely responses .Collaborate with creative partners to develop compelling campaigns, contributing expertise to concept ideas infused with social strategy from beginning to completion of each campaign.Track and analyze analytic reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.Stay up-to-date with the latest in social media trends, technology, and opportunities, educating colleagues and identifying opportunities for Sonar.Research, develop and implement social media tools and strategies that are consistent with Sonar brand and our strategic and business objectives.The skills you will demonstrate2+ years experience managing corporate social media accounts.Knowledge of overall business & marketing strategy, social media tools and platforms (ie: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).Ability to review social media analytics and provide direction based on findings.Excellent writing and organization abilities.
