Provides analysis and recommendations on social media strategies that align with organizational initiatives and goals. Identifies appropriate social media channels, designs social media campaigns, tracks performance, and implements necessary changes. Communicates with the leadership about social media activities.
Job Responsibility
Identifies appropriate social media channels, designs social media campaigns, tracks performance, and implements necessary changes. Communicates with the leadership about social media activities.
Crafts and implements a social media strategy, through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Collaborates with publishers to write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling.
Assists with crisis management, bad reviews, feedback, and negative news communications.
Builds meaningful connections and encourage community networking, through dialogue and messaging.
Creates and maintains the social media pages and profiles.
Moderates user-generated content and messages appropriately, as per the company and community standards.
Tracks and analyzes analytics, in order to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and the effectiveness of the social media endeavors.
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
