Dunhill group established in 2001 and now own multiple Franchase and independent dealerships.Experienced Automotive Title Clerk Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess Retail and Wholesale Title workProcess NJ registrations and out of stateExamine vehicle title for accuracy and conformity to specified requirementsVerify acceptance of the title in the state for which it is filedConfirm accurate VIN number, odometer reading and releases of liens and that titles contain no alterationsFollow up on customer payoffs.Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agenciesMaintain knowledge of current DMV regulations as they relate to vehicle titles and interpret titling regulations in each state for which the vehicles are processedRun outstanding title reports, review, and contact sellers regarding outstanding titlesPerform other duties as assigned by managementExperienced Automotive Title Clerk Requirements Great people skills Great telephone skills*Concern for the customerTeam playerStrong computer skillsDealertrack DMS experience preferredNJCAR experience preferredStrong work ethic and self-motivationValid driver’s license with good driving recordOne year of title clerk experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:car dealership TITLE CLERK: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
