Women’s sport is a serious topic, but celebrating female runners is one of joy.We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team to be a pivotal part of building and engaging our digital and in-person audience. This is a brand new role within the Women’s Running team and a chance to play a direct role in implementing the vision for our community of runners. From the novice to the most experienced runner, there is a place for everyone in the Women’s Running community.Within 1 month, you will: Work with a diverse team of editorial, product, marketing, and social partners to drive community growth and engagement with the end goal of paid membership via editorial content strategies and membership engagement initiatives.Formulate how to plan, organize, and deliver community content, services, and experiences in order to build, grow, and retain members for the Women’s Running brand.Within 6 months, you will: Be up to speed and comfortable monitoring, reporting traffic and engagement and identifying editorial and social growth opportunities for the digital platform.Be the top advocate for the Women’s Running community for both paid members and non-members. You will understand comfortably how to communicate and interact directly with the Women’s Running audience.Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within the project budget, and to the scope established and agreed upon with key stakeholders and product ownersCollect and analyze qualitative data to identify what drives engagement for each type of content. Report this information to brand stakeholders on a regular basis. Assist the team with content prioritization.Within 12 months, you will: Ensure community projects are delivering results in the form of increased engagement and growth of the community of Women’s Running.With editorial, product, audience engagement team, marketing teams, and freelancers, create additional content and experiences on all channels exclusive to membership to drive value, adoption, and retention.Drive paid social from the dashboard and reporting dataEngage with members and pre-membership audiences to enhance the experience within the brand community. Facilitate and manage community events, webinars, and other membership/brand gatheringsWork closely with the marketing team to move non-member community audiences into paid members.What YOU bring to Outside: A growth mindset and ability to constantly looking how to add value and deliver excellenceYou should be analytics-minded, comfortable monitoring, reporting traffic and engagement and identifying editorial and social growth opportunities for the digital platform2+ years experience leading complex projects and community managementAbility to ideate/collaborate/test/measure to build a unique community experiencecomfortable with the uncomfortableExperience handling multiple content projects and/or programs at the same time with budget targets. Ability to track and report on projects to senior leadersAbility to follow timelines and deliver projects on or before stated deadlinesProven experience of the prioritization of projects and ability to bring teams and leadership along with supporting materials and trade-offs of those prioritiesAbility to handle third party vendors, content creators, facilitating statement of work negotiations and agreements, and overseeing delivery of content, products and/or servicesDemonstrated stellar verbal and written communications skillsUp to date knowledge of social media platforms and correlated demographicsExceptional collaboration and group facilitation skills- Ability to seek out customer feedback through a multitude of channels – surveys, focus groups, and user testing.Demonstrated experience using quantitative & quantitative data to inform decisionsExperience and adaptability working in agile development environments. Experience using Asana is a plus.Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $55,000 to $68,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission . Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factorsJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
