Job Description : Accounts Payable SpecialistStaten Island , NYDuties and Responsibilities:Product AP processing based on Goods Receipt and verifying transaction with three-way match process.Scan and attach invoices in relevant posted AP transactions.Expense AP processing by charging correct expense head for process accuracy and maintains accounting ledgers by preparing schedules.Responsible on active AP process while doing AP to verify cost v/s PO we placed.Responsible for preparation of weekly payment schedule for cash flow, initiating wires, checks and accurate application too.Responsible for weekly reporting as per management’s requirements.Communicate on inquiries from external vendors. Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.Candidate with knowledge of AR side is an additional plus point.Responsible for reconciliations such as Vendor AP Reco., Inter-Company Reco.Yearend Audit is one of the key factor of this role to attend actively.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Vaccine required.Ability to commute/relocate:Staten Island, NY 10305: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Accounts Payable: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
