Lithko was recently recognized by Deloitte and The Wall Street Journal as a US Best Managed Company.DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for accurate, timely payroll and all administrative duties surrounding employee record management, while providing general office support through direct guidance from the Area Lead. Administrative Assistant must be fluent in English and Spanish.Key Responsibilities & ExpectationsPerforms timely processing of accurate time and quantity. Communicates with Project/Field Leads to collect time, material quantities, and executes accurate data entry. Creates adjustments/shortages as necessary to correct payroll errors and issues field checks as appropriate.Communicates with appropriate roles to execute the Subsistence Process- Per Diem, Rapid Pay Cards, Expense ReportsConducts new hire orientations and concisely delivers all information regarding benefits, policies and procedures to new & existing coworkers and engages to validate comprehension. Completes I-9 and e-Verify paperwork accurately and in accordance to government rules and regulations in a timely manner.Maintains employee files – ADP management (new entry/changes), Direct Deposit, Vacation Requests, Documentation forms, Pay Rate- Adjustment/Increase, Truck Allowance ManagementProvides Administrative Support to location – acting as the primary contact for all office correspondence and walk-ins. Responsible for ordering all location office supplies, phones, apparel orders, print materials, food catering and upkeep of office equipment.Provides administrative support to Area Lead – overhead invoice approval, weekly hour reports, coordinating schedules for financials, online craft recruiting, walk-in application management, social media assistance, and coordination of drone photography.Qualifications & RequirementsAt least 3 years of administrative role experience including payroll/time keepingComputer savvy – proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ADP)A polished, proactive, organized professional who enjoys a fast-paced environmentMulti-task and prioritize with limited directionFlexible schedule, minimal constraints due to personal commitmentsWorking knowledge of payroll including withholding tax, overtime laws and regulationsFluent in English and Spanish RequiredSkills & AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational skillsAbility to interact and build relationships with individuals at all levelsIntegrity and trust (Confidentiality)ApproachabilityPersonal organizationInterpersonal savvyAccurate/Attention to detailJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $22 – $28 per hourLocation: Littleton, COJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Are you fluent in both English and Spanish?Work Location: One location
