Job Description : Litvak Beasley Wilson and Ball is seeking an assistant with previous office experience to include QuickBooks. Job includes billing, accounts receivable and account reconciliation. Candidate must be highly organized and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work to successfully meet multiple deadlines, are essential.
