Job Description : 6+years of experience in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper V) L-2
Primary Responsibilities
Operational Activities
Implement, manage, monitor, and support Windows Server Operating System
Implement, manage, monitor, and support Physical and Virtual Servers
Implement, manage, monitor, and support Cloud solutions
Implement, manage, monitor, and support Storage solutions
Implement, manage, monitor, and support Backup Solutions in line with Operating Level Agreement for data retention and restoration
Implement, manage, and support IT systems monitoring solutions
Ensure applicable security patches are installed on IT systems under management
Apply security remediation actions when required
Provide capacity planning forecasts for core hardware components, recommend improvements to drive down costs and improve efficiency
Ensure cost effective solutions are implemented that are stable, scalable and supportable.
Participate in projects (migrations, decommissions, upgrades, etc.)
Develop or update technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing
Follow and Implement Accor Policies and Procedures
Ensure necessary technical documentation and procedures are maintained and kept up to date.
Implement, manage, and support IT systems monitoring solutions
