Job Description : Rock Creek is an 84 bed skilled nursing facility located at 260 Racetrack St. Auburn Ca. 95603.We are a 5 star skilled nursing facility that takes care of both short term and long term patients. We are currently looking for a Full Time Admissions Coordinator to join our wonderful team.Some of the duties would be:-Answering Referrals-Reviewing patients medical chart-Coordinating admitting patients with Nursing-Reviewing admission packed with resident or familySkills we are looking for are:-Someone familiar with medical charts-Customer service skills-Good communication-Able to function well in stressful situations-Punctual-ReliableJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Signing bonusEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Medical terminology: 1 year (Required)Skilled Nursing: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
