Position : Animal Cruelty Investigator
Job Description : National nonprofit organization is seeking individuals with a strong interest in animal protection to investigate and document cruelty to animals in a variety of settings throughout the country. The position requires extensive travel, an excellent driving record and an ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. The successful applicant will have experience working with animals, be bi-lingual (English and Spanish) and be able to work long hours including nights and weekends. Training will be provided. Knowledge of various species of animals is a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and be an excellent communicator. This position is temporary with a minimum duration of three months and the successful candidate(s) will be employed by an external staffing agency.
