Position : AP Specialist | Direct Hire

Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated AP Specialist to join our client in the Ashland area.
Someone with strong, previous AP experience will be the best fit for this position.

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a hybrid schedule (2 days at home, 3 onsite).
Daily Duties may include:
Ensure invoices are properly coded to the ledger and entered into ERP
Maintain approval log and track verifications and approvals pre-payment
Post payments
Reconcile monthly statements and resolve any discrepancies
Create reports for AP managers using Excel
Assist with month-end close and yearly audit
Qualifications:
Experience within high-volume AP environment
Degree not required but preferred
Excel skills required
