Job Description : We are a newly opened Crumbl location in the heart of Waterford Lakes! We will have two other locations in Central Florida and plenty of room for growth with the fastest growing cookie shop in the world!Prior management/leadership experience preferred.We are looking for someone who can act as the assistant and help keep the store running smooth while the manager is not there. They will have some over lap with the manager but the majority of the shift will be when the manager is not there. When the manager is not there the person will be in charge of the store and will act as the the leader of the team. They will be required to know all the tasks of the baker as listed below.Baker ResponsibilitiesRead and understand Crumbl recipesMeasure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookiesDecorating and displaying the finished productTesting ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controlsGreeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer serviceKeeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levelsTaking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timelyCleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shiftREQUIREMENTSStrong communication, time and resource management, and planning skillsAttention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and productsBasic math and computer skillsWillingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goodsFlexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availabilityAbility to work in a hot, hectic environmentStand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periodsJob Type: full-timePay: $14.00 per hour with ability to earn tips as well.
