Job Description : Homes by Towne, www.homesbytowne.com, a national builder with a local commitment is seeking a highly professional, motivated and organized individual to fill Assistant Superintendent position.The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for assisting with new home construction operations and customer service in responding to warranty calls in a timely an organized fashion. This is a hands-on position and requires residential construction and customer service experience. This role is a future growth opportunity for an organized, tenacious, capable individual who is willing to learn and wants to grow with the company. Must have own tools and vehicle and be able to coordinate, direct, and manage trade performance.Required Experience: Two (2) to four (4) years of new construction and/or major remodeling supervision.
