Laser was founded on the principle of being Laser-focused on our clients and operates through our core business values.We are seeking a Billing Specialist to assist and provide support to our Billing and Accounting teams in processing invoices from our sub-contractors in a timely manner.Responsibilities:As a Billing Specialist, you will be required to perform the following tasks at the highest level:Enter, and submit all vendor invoices within 48 hours of receipt.Review and reply with detailed notes to all statements within 48 hours of receipt.Take lead on inbound billing department calls.Take lead in contacting our sub-contractors to get invoices in a timely manner.Assist with urgent credit card payment requests from Operations.Assist with paying vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying federal id numbers, etc.Deliver exceptional service to our vendors, and assist in the creation/building of our vendor partnerships. Our vendors are very important to our business.Partner with Operations to resolve vendor invoice disputes.Ensure all necessary paperwork is received from our vendors allowing us to meet our clients billing requirements.Competencies:Honesty/Integrity – Does not cut corners ethically.
