Job Description : We are looking to hire a part-time, success oriented bookkeeperThe ideal candidate will work in all facets of the organization’s accounting processes including, but not limited to: Strong background in accounting, payroll systems and administrationDemonstrated knowledge of GAAPCollections, Accounts Receivables, Accounts PayableBookkeeping, General Ledger Posting, Bank Reconciliation, Closing BooksPayroll and processing of 1099’sPreliminary Tax Preparation – work with outside auditors and tax accountantsKnowledge of Accounting laws and best practicesKeep within determined AP / AR aging limitsCommunication with managementAdditional Skills: Advanced proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop accounting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word.Professional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)Ability and desire to work in a cooperative environment as part of a teamMust have the ability to multi-task, manage priorities and daily workflow with accuracyMaintains confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidentialJob Type: Part-TimeFlexible Hours. 20 hours a week or moreRequired education: Accounting Degree / Certificate.Required experience in accounting: 2 yearsAbout Our Company:linked2pay® provides services to deliver check, ACH, Real Time payment and credit card payments automation.
