Job Description : Do you have experience in customer service or sales? Are you passionate about helping people really solve their issues? What’s the job?Your customer service skills will provide a solid foundation in the call center role. You will use your experience to understand our customers’ pest issues in order to get them on the right track to solving them for good! This requires a basic understanding of sales principles and properly anticipating our customers’ needs. So what does my day look like?
Communicate with our customers using empathy and understanding to help solve their pest issues by answering incoming sales calls in a call-center environment
Utilize and follow a call script to assist our customers
Follow up on email or voicemail leads in a timely manner
Enter service orders with key information for the field technicians
Address escalated customer issues with professionalism and a sense of urgency
Accurately enter notes and upload documents in our CRM
What do I need to be able to do?
Ability to work in an office and in-bound call center environment
Availability to work a full-time 8-hour shift between our office hours of 7:30am-6pm Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Must undergo pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
