Job Description : We are looking for an experienced individual with experience with call center technologies like Genesys or Avaya for a leading fortune 500 company.What will you be doing?Managing day to day dialer process, including implementation of strategiesMonitoring and managing daily Genesys (Outbound IVR) contact channelsReporting and escalating incidents that impact applicable department production systemsProviding significant project supportServing as liaison with other departmentsProviding performance reporting and analysisWhat we’re looking for:Proven Workforce Management or automated dialer experienceProven Call Center experienceSkills that will help you in the role:Strong Contact center Technology experience preferredExperience with Genesys or Avaya is mustAbility to collaborate across different levels of Management / IT / Support groupsProven reporting and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of operationsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $33,489.00 – $81,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Genesys/Avaya: 5 years (Preferred)Call center: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
