Job Duties
Assists customers and associates in friendly, timely and efficient manner at the register adhering to company’s customer service standards
Processes sales, returns, and exchanges
Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts
Assists sales associates, stock associates and other team members as needed
Ensures accuracy during customer capture
Consistently exhibits and exceeds company service standards
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Performs other duties as required
Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
Maintains cash desk area and ensures housekeeping standards are met
