Position : Chalk Artist
Job Description : $500 Sign-On Bonus for all New Hires!
$250 paid at 30 days* and $250 paid at 60 days*
New hire must be employed at the time of bonus payout
Chalk Artist (On-Call)
Hourly Wage
ISS offers a competitive compensation package including Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a starting hourly salary of 50.00 USD
Key Purpose
The On-Call Chalk Artist is expected to satisfy the needs of the client and customer by providing high quality, on-brand art, signage, collateral, and promotional materials. The Chalk Artist will work with the on-site team(s) and account managers to maintain relevant branding, look, and feel across all art-related projects on campus
Success Criteria
Understanding of account-specific branding, values, and clientele
Create artwork that is account-specific and relays the voice of the brand / campus
Generate new ideas
Meet client deadlines and maintain a portfolio of projects
Must be reliable
Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence
Work with GM on duties assigned
Work with Nutritionist and Marketing Manager on duties assigned
Ideal Candidate Experience
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects throughout our accounts
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Extensive knowledge and experience with curating artwork in a corporate/professional environment
Key Accountabilities
Projects assigned as needed
Provide all materials and supplies needed for assigned projects
Demonstrate a high level of accountability and self-awareness
Maintain service standards and CPEs of the client while on campus
Meet client deadlines
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Must be able to be on campus for all projects assigned
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
