The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and articulate.Responsibilities: Monitoring the progress of a project and track deliverables using appropriate tools.Familiarity with Payor requirements for clinical documentation and medical billing.Analyze clinical findings and identify trends, patterns, and areas for clinical documentation improvement.Review and evaluate how a healthcare organization’s billing and clinical record keeping policies and procedures comply with payor requirements.Identify and synthesize information from various sources and draw conclusions for client deliverables.Prepare reports for Clients.Collaborate with other teams/departments ensuring that project fulfill scope.Qualifications/Skills: o Strong written and verbal communication skillso Familiarity with healthcare terminologyo Strong written and presentation skills, including facility with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excelo Strong analytical and critical thinkingo Self-management skillsEducation/Experience: o Bachelor’s degreeo Two to three years’ experience in analytics and/or Healthcare entityMarwood offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits.
