Job Description : The Communications Manager oversees the administrative functions of the Communications division as directed by the Bureau Commander, to include, but not limited to, personnel, training, staffing, procedures development and implementation, 24-hour public safety communications services, and equipment issues. Acts as the system administrator for various types of communication and information technology systems, including but not limited to, CAD and FCIC. Position will continually monitor the efficiency of the operations and initiate measures in a timely manner to continually provide the highest level of public safety communications services to public safety personnel and the public.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $32.51 per hourBenefits:Employee assistance programHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planSchedule:12 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
