Our Customer Care Manager will be working with homeowners to resolve warranties and make sure they have quick, quality service ending with a smile.What do you get to do each day? The Customer Care Manager works with Warranty Maintenance Leads and subcontractors to coordinate and schedule repairs with homeowners. You will follow up, inspect, and ensure quality customer service at designated points after the home is sold. You will also work with the production team to provide preventative maintenance information to homeowners in order to help them take the best care of their homes.Are you the best at what you do?
