Responsibilities:
Assist customers over the phone, email, chat or mail
Assist with billing responsibilities of residential and commercial accounts
Calculate electric usage and ensure adjustments are correct when billing customers
Schedule service connects, disconnects, transfers, and meter checks error free
Qualifications/Background Profile:
3+ years of customer service experience
Must be able to learn a wide variety of computer applications
Must possess highly developed math skills and ability to analyze reporting and data
Must possess strong written and verbal communication
Must love to work in a team environment
