Job Description : Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a Full Time Rep to add to our 2nd shift team. The right applicant would be available 2p-10p Monday – Saturday with future Sunday availability as well. We accept both entry level applicants and experienced Call Center Agents.
Answering Cleveland, Inc. is a 24/7/365 answering service. We specialize in receptionist work for a variety of clients. We are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join our team! There are NO sales or telemarketing calls involved. We are strictly virtual secretaries / receptionists for our clients. Some examples of businesses we answer for are below:
Heating and Cooling
Property Management/Apartment Complexes
Plumbing
Parts and Service
Doctor’s and Dentist’s Offices
Law Offices
Landscaping
Mortgage Lenders
Veterinarians
And MUCH MORE!
If you have a flexible schedule and great attention to detail, we want to hire you! We require full time employees to have open availability to train quickly.
Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls for a variety of clients
Correctly document and relay messages for clients
Keep average call time to a minimum
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Applicants Include:
Professional phone etiquette (including empathy and patience with difficult callers)
Typing skills!! 25 WPM or more
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong spelling and grammar
Excellent listening skills and the ability to retain information
Ability to work in a team environment
Availability to work one weekend day per week
Availability to work holidays as needed
Availability to train during 1st shift hours
Call Center experience a plus
Proven reliability and punctuality
Ability to accept and provide feedback as a part of progressive training
