Position : Data Coordinator (Excel based)
Job Description : This position is a member of the Archbright IT and data team and works cross-functionally with other departments to perform detailed, accurate work for Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) products and services in Excel. This position is also responsible for member communications, and AAP software utilization.Applicants available in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho are welcome to apply. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Archbright participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. We only use E-Verify once a job offer has been accepted and Form I-9 completed at time of hire.What you will do: Review data submitted in Excel format for Affirmative Action PlansData scrubbing using RIdentify inconsistencies and omissions in data; including year-to-year comparisons.Provide clear and concise written, oral, and electronic communications with members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Work within AAP software program to import and input required data and information.Responsible for data integrity and accuracy for Compensation and Benefits SurveysManage data in all applicable software systems.Provide initial data scrub for all Compensation and Benefit Surveys.Format data analysis reports, summary documents, and data charts.Prepare information for PowerPoint presentation and/or presentations.Maintain and updates accuracy of template norms in correlation with data software compliance requirements.Responsible for continual process improvement to enhance data accuracy and integrity and member experience.*You will bring: *Advanced to Expert MS Excel skillsExceptional attention to detailOutstanding communication skills, both oral and writtenHighly developed interpersonal skills at all levels of the organizationProven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and have good judgmentAdaptability and flexibility when working with others and with work flowInitiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines with competing deadlines, while maintaining the highest quality of workAbility to think analytically and create systems and process improvementExperience with R*What you will have: *High school diploma or equivalent.Years of advanced education may be substituted for related experienceMinimum 2 years office/admin experienceRequired extensive experience using MS excel – close to expert levelLocation: 5601 6th Ave S,Suite 400, Seattle, WA 98108Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
